Back Up

Watchdog Milwaukee was down for a day and it really sucks to be unplugged.  Multiple story ideas came and went but the overlying thing that really burns me is that the hosting company I use didn't respond to my inquiries as to what had happened.  I used to love assortedinternet.com — so much in fact that I re-upped with them for a full three year contract this past winter.  That means I've pre-paid for the next two and a half years.

The past owner, Brian Teeter sold the company and I'm pretty sure they've outsourced everything to India.  So if you're wondering what happened, that's it.  I'll be exploring a few other hosting companies in all likelihood and I'm sure I'll lose me remaining pre-paid hosting but this is the second time this has happened within a month and I'm feeling the itch to move.  Even as I write this, another website I have with them is still down and there's no telling when it will be back up.
