What is taking so long? Why aren’t these guys in jail yet?

The conservative commentators are all saying it’s because there is no case against them but Watchdog Milwaukee has learned for a former Assembly Republican caucus staffer that Jensen and Foti were paying him to do campaign work on the taxpayers dime. “Everybody knew that we were working on campaigns over 90% of the time” confided the aide.

If Watchdog Milwaukee can get this info as easily as we did, you have to know that the prosecutors of Jensen and Foti’s case have got to have it.

Now the only question is, when is the court date?

What continues to befuddle though is how come the voters in Waukesha continue to vote in Scott Jensen. He’s been indicted on felony charges. This is way beyond any innuendo phase. We’re now in the prosecution phase. Are Waukesha voters that stupid that they want to be represented by a guy who was using their tax dollars to further Jensen’s personal political goals?
