Conceal Carry advocate hints ex-con druggie should have been able to pack heat
Hinting that the victim of a savage beating should have been allowed to pack heat, an advocate of the NRA’s Conceal Carry law spoke a little too soon.
In John-David Morgan’s column Concealed Carry: The NRA’s Masterful Home Invasion Plan, Don B. made a strong allusion that conceal carry was the right thing to do when he said:
The police can’t protect us 24/7. Case in point follows, from AP today:
“Updated: 4:41 p.m. ET Dec. 27, 2005
MILWAUKEE - At least 15 young people dragged a motorist out of his car and kicked and punched him, causing severe head trauma, after he honked his horn to get them to move out of a street, police said.It was the latest in a series of mob beatings in the city.
The 50-year-old man was in critical condition Tuesday and it was unclear whether he would survive, police spokeswoman Anne E. Schwartz said.â€
Now that it has come out that the altercation was the result of a drug deal gone bad, you’ve got to wonder if Don B. still feels the same.
Side Note: Yes, Watchdog Milwaukee does allow comments unlike Republican blogger, Charlie “The Adulterer” Sykes.

Does anybody care if Charlie Sykes doesn’t always have sex with his wife? I mean besides his wife. Mudslinging like that is more Rush in style.
You know what Alan, it does matter. Sykes makes his living out of tearing down other people — not just disagreeing with them but attempting to destroy them. He’s not just your run of the mill Republican, he’s the worst mudslinger and he’s an enabler for hate groups.
As long as Charlie “The Adulterer” Sykes claims the moral high ground, we all have a responsibility to point out that he’s a hypocrit.
I’ve been considering republishing the original story directly on Watchdog Milwaukee. I just might do that.
