I apologize for the downtime over the past few days.  Our hosting company is experiencing some problems.

I have been promised by the President of the company that Watchdog Milwaukee is being moved to a more reliable server so we'll be watching it closely.  I've scoped out another hosting company that looks very promising so we may move but you won't notice a difference. 

For a long time now, we've wanted to move the blog to the root directory so that could potentially change things for linking to us but we don't anticipate a big problem.
