THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW THE JESTER **REALLY** IS. Face it, unless you’re a deputy, you don’t know! This man is a real butt who takes extreme pleasure is screwing with his staff for personal pleasure. This is a perfect case of growing up like your father. Your dad was bad to you and now YOU take it out on those under your authority! I’m surprised he didn’t spend another 5 thousand to expand his office, I’m not sure how he and his ego fit in the same room. GROW UP DAVE !

I wonder why this never came up before. Arthur Jones, Lenard Wells, everybody involved in the League of Martin [the black cops group], cops who were involved in the union, you’ve got to believe they were aware of this, and probably remembered it.

Having read the Shepherd story, there seems to be enough to suggest that he was being harassed by his commanding officer — it seems moreso harassment than “a pattern of misconduct.”

Do people know black cops were not allowed to patrol the South SIde until the late 1970′s? Clarke was in District 3, not notorious District 2, but he was going through the same problems a lot of black cops were going through under the Breier administration. Many had to fight for their rights and fight for their jobs. This doesn’t look any different.

Nobody, not any of the cops who were around back then, not anybody who worked with him or was involved in the union, brought this up, even as Clarke ran for mayor.

Maybe that’s because it was typical union business that was taken care of at the time and left in the past.

The Shepherd presented no context for this story. They should have talked to the League of Martin to find out what it was like being a black cop at MPD in 1983. Out of context, it’s yellow journalism.

YES, Vote Bobot all the way. But not because of this.

This just proves that the man can’t be trusted. He claims he learned from his mistakes. But guess what. He hasn’t, he still breaks the laws that he is suppose to enforce. And he even breaks the Policies and Procedures endured on the deputies. If he breaks them does that mean the deputies that are working for him can do the same thing without disipline, since you know King Clarke isn’t going to see any Internal Affairs case for them. What he learned from his mistakes is the higher up in a department he can be the bigger the mistakes can be because he can’t be made accountable for them. It is now the turn of the people of Milwaukee County to punish him and say no more and Good Bye.

More news or rumors…Clarke was at a fund raiser recently wearing his gun. And I guess that was a no, no. Maybe we should ask him, WHY he has been flying to the east coast so much. Does it have anything to do with a child, by one of his staff members that now lives out there. I mean what kind of business could he possibily have.Also, where is his goon squad going to patrol after Sept 3 when the parks close. Are they going to be out spying on fellow officers again? How are all the lawsuits that are pending in court about Clarke coming? I lost count with so many. Does everyone realize that it is our tax money that pays for his ego?
Thanks for listening. Oh.. why was a black captain transferred to 3rd shift at the jail because he went to a wake of a lomg time’s friend wife? Even though the husband is currently an Outlaw, their friendship went back to before he was hired. He went as a private citizen. Why has Clarke hidden this captain on 3rd shift at the jail? Out of sight, out of the news?

Just remind everyone of the ABC’s…Anybody But Clarke!!
