Unless you can get voters behind the single issue of cutting taxes regardless of the outcome. What I don't get is cutting spending on courts and Sheriffs. Yeah, I'd love to live in a world that doesn't need either, but I don't think we're there just yet. And the Parks system is what makes this city special rather than just "special."
