Wineke projects that Wisconsin will be the first state in the nation to reject putting (anti-gay) discrimiation into our State Constitution. He points out that the Republican party used thier convention to freeze out moderates and that there is not even one Republican in the State Legislature who is pro-choice. "They're even freezing moderates out of their own party". Wineke invites moderates of the Republican party to join the Dems citing the big tent policy. "We have a strong and energized Democratic Party" says Wineke.
