GOP prefers name calling to substance

jim-doyle.jpgYou would think that after their spanking this fall that the GOP would realize that something they were doing was not going over with the public.  For instance, Republican activists including bloggers and talk radio show hosts continue to call Wisconsin Governor Jim Doyle "Diamond Jim" — a snarky allusion to the Democratic Governor's fund-raising.

CryingGOPelephant.jpgBut the Wisconsin public isn't interested in that style of pettiness.  It's gotten old.  Worse yet, for the Republicans, they're no longer believable.

So keep up the smarmy name calling GOP.  Next time you'll be handing over the Assembly to the Democrats as well.

Four more years of childishly mocking our Governor will just help him to earn yet another four years if he wants them.

I annoys me that a lot of the conservative talk show hosts act so immature. Please believe me in telling you that they are not the voice of all conservatives. Some of us cringe at the thought of guys like Belling.
