Lena “I don’t return phone calls” Taylor asked me for money
I got a mailing today from State Senator Lena Taylor — the one that doesn't like to return phone calls. You know the Lena Taylor who tells everybody how great she is at every moment. Yep, the same Lena Taylor who stood up on the State Senate floor the day of swearing in and reiterated the same thing that others already said.
She's hitting me up for money for her campaign.
Uh, yeah. I'll, ah, get right on that.

Oh, Lena Taylor. This must be the Lena Taylor who showed up with Gwen Moore at a neighborhood meeting. Gwen was on the agenda to speak to us and tell us she was running for Congress. It took all of five minutes. Lena then says “I know I’m not on your agenda but when I heard Gwen was coming I just had to show up to introduce myself…” and she proceed to go on for more than 15 minutes.
Now you know why she doesn’t return calls — she’s too busy speaking at meetings where she’s not on the agenda.
Or the same Lena Taylor who in her first week in office cussed out the Governor in front of a Foreign Minister from a Central Asian Republic. Or the same Lena Taylor who uses the term “The Gays”. Or the same Lena Taylor who threatened national democrats if they did not support the Gwen Moore in a Congressional Primary.
