We told you so.

Back in September we warned you what the results would be if Jefferson Alderman Dave Olsen was recalled. Wal-Mart backed the recall and their candidate turned Alderman, Chris Havill, was the tipping point on their City Council.

Well now Wal-Mart has the go ahead to build a new SuperCenter. I know, you’re shocked — just shocked, that Alderman Havill, the CRG blessed candidate, would have voted for Wal-Mart.

But should there really be any shock? Havill gets the benefit of additional traffic that Wal-Mart will now funnel past his family car dealership.
