		<description>While the Thompson case was never a witch-hunt, and comparisons at McCarthy are weak at best, reimbursement may be warranted in this case. What makes her case different is her position as a civil servant that drew the attention of Biskupic. I think its interesting and stupid that she would have to pay taxes on any reimbursement, but that is another topic. Anyway, reimbursement seems like the right thing to do.</description>
