Barrett has barely in office 4 years, to attribute all of the growth of Downtown/Third Ward/East Side to him is laughable and shows your sophomoric intelligence.

Norquist was the visionary who started it all, he laid the groundwork, championed it, and made it happen. Barrett is riding off the coat tails of Norquists work.

I find it funny that lefty wing-nuts like you bemoan Walker when he actually wants to invest more in mass transit in the form of buses but you're perfectly fine with Barrett who wants to create a Neighborhood of Make Believe Trolley that will not help Milwaukeeans one bit. How's the FREE rubber-wheeled trolley working out?? Yeah, a fixed rail trolley will be nothing but a boondoggle and you know it, but you're just so hellbent on opposing Walker that you'll even trash his plan to expand county buses with the 91.5 million in federal funds.

Yea it sure seems that the only way we are going to see any sort of fixed rail systems begin to be built in Milwaukee is for Scott Walker to be out of office.
