I’m from Wisconsin, and Health Care is the least of my worries. Doyle is doing a terrible job and WILL be replaced in November.

The most valuable information from the OWN poll is that when the 12% undecided about Doyle-Green were asked whether they though they were satisfied with the amount of information they were getting on health care in this campaign, 58% said “No.”

With all polls showing Doyle in the lead and a Doyle-Green debate set Friday night, the time is now for Doyle to make health care reform a priority. Along with the jobs and economy, health care reform will decide this election, the poll clearly states. But with less than three weeks to go, the onus is on the campaigns to make it happen, not the media.

At this point, most media just wants to see a positive campaign ad from these mudslingers.

The poll is right on about the media ignoring the most important issue facing our state. Unfortunately, most candidates also appear to be missing the boat by not aggressively leading on the issue. The GOP only talks about Health Savings Accounts (HSA’s) which are a step in the wrong direction. Unless you want to be more responsible for all your health care costs with no help on the cost side.
